Description
2025 Husqvarna TC 125
The TC 125 receives multiple technical upgrades for 2025 to maintain its position at the head of the highly competitive 125 cc class. Updated bodywork and ergonomics offer riders improved ease of movement on the motorcycle while its lighter chromium molybdenum frame, updated WP suspension, and revised rear shock linkage ensure improved comfort and cornering. Light and strong wheels, which are assembled using D.I.D rims, are fitted with race-tested Dunlop MX34 tires for stability and improved traction. Premium ProTaper handlebars offer a confidence-inspiring steering feel. For 2025, the TC 125 is completed with stunning white and blue graphics that are applied using in-mold technology for a long-lasting finish.
Engine
The TC 125 engine sets the standard for performance in the highly competitive 125 cc class and weighs in at 39.46 lbs. The lightweight engine is manufactured using the latest engineering techniques to produce more torque while retaining it high-revving 2-stroke character.
Cylinder
The cylinder features 54 mm bore and electronic exhaust control system.
Crankcase
High-pressure die cast production processes allow for the crankcases to be manufactured with a thinner wall thickness to keep overall weight to a minimum and optimize mass centralization. Symmetrical engine mounts to aid handling by contributing to the flex characteristics of the chassis. Internally all engine components are positioned to achieve an ideal center of gravity.
DS Clutch
The diaphragm steel (DS) clutch fitted to the TC 125 features a unique design where single diaphragm steel pressure plate is used instead of traditional coil springs. Housed inside a CNC machined steel basket, the overall clutch design is highly durable and contributes to the compact layout of the engine.
Bodywork
The new bodywork is designed to allow riders to perform at their best for extended periods of time. A higher, wider seat offers unrestricted movement with revised tank shrouds and high grip cover ensuring riders stay firmly in place under hard acceleration.
Exhaust
Tailored specifically for the TC 125 engine using an innovative 3D design process, the exhaust pipe ensures maximum power across the re range. The silencer is mounted using an aluminum bracket for strength at the lowest possible weight, with an advanced internal construction ensuring excellent noise damping without sacrificing performance.
Frame
The chromium molybdenum steel frame is expertly crafted using laser-cut, robot welded, hydro-formed tubes, ensuring the highest level of precision and quality. The specifically crafted geometry utilizes advanced longitudinal and torsional flex characteristics, for unparalleled rider feedback, energy absorption and exceptional straight-line stability. The cylinder head mountings are made of forged aluminum, improving handling and comfort. The premium white powder coated frame features standard frame protectors, providing extra durability.
WP XACT Front Suspension
The WP XPLOR 48 front fork have been revised for 2025 to work with the new frame, reducing weight while providing more flex. Designed as a closed cartridge system, the forks have a capsulated, adjustable air spring and pressurized oil chamber for smooth action and consistent damping. Oil and air bypasses reduce pressure peaks and in combination with a mid-valve damping system, together with a hydro-stop that applies a progressive damping forced in the last 40 mm of travel, the forks provide precise feedback to the rider.
WP XACT Shock Absorber
Revised for the updated frame and lower weight, the WP XACT rear shock offers 293 mm of travel. Inside is a computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) optimized main piston for improved initial comfort that provides strong hold-up in all conditions.
