Description
2025 Husqvarna TE 250
Engine
Delivering the best combination of power and weight, the TE 250 engine is a firm favorite with Enduro Riders. With a TBI for 2024, the engine delivers improved torque while maintaining its high-revving two-stroke character.
Cylinder
With the introduction of TBI on the TE 250 the 66.4 mm bore cylinder now features an innovative electronic exhaust control system that manages the opening of the lateral exhaust ports after the main exhaust port opens for maximum power delivery.
Throttle Body
Idle is controlled by the throttle valve, with one low load injector and one top feed injector ensuring maximum performance. Additionally, a TPS offers reliable cold starting with the throttle valve now pivoting on ball bearings for a smoother throttle action.
Fuel Tank
A 2.24 gallon fuel tank integrates neatly with the ergonomic bodywork and features a robust rubber cushion beneath it to hold the tank in place and protect the frame from wear. The one-piece fuel pump design and integrated filter allows the tank to be emptied further, which is particularly beneficial during longer events.
Bodywork
Swedish-inspired graphics, the bodywork is refined with the ergonomics allowing riders to perform at their perform at their best for extended periods of time. Adapted after countless hours of testing, the contact points and surfaces in the rider triangle have been repositioned
Hydraulic Clutch
The new, high-performance Brembo hydraulic clutch system delivers even wear, near maintenance-free operation, and perfect feel in every condition. With this hydraulic system, free play is constantly compensated so that the pressure point, and the function of the clutch, remaining identical in cold or hot conditions, as well as over time.
Frame
Made from chromium molybdenum steel is refined for 2024. A new shock mounting, which is no longer connected to the main tube, significantly improves the anti-squat behavior of the chassis. With optimized wall thickness in high-stress areas improving reliability, the frame continues to offer advanced geometries and flex characteristics aimed at providing unparalleled-rider feedback, energy absorption, and straight-line stability.
WP XACT-USD Front Forks
Each of Husqvarna Motorcycles’ Enduro machines is now equipped with WO XACT Closed Cartridge spring forks. Designed and developed for the rigors of Enduro riding, the fork offers consistent performance thanks to the closed cartridge spring design which optimizes oil flow and prevents foaming.
WP XACT Rear Shock
The lightweight WP XACT rear shock offers 300 mm of travel. With the rebound and both high and low speed compression adjustable by hand, setting changes can be achieved quickly without tools. Complete with a CFD optimized shock piston, low friction friction seals, and a new, smaller linkage bolt to reduce weight, consistent damping, comfort, and traction is guaranteed.
